UI: Added "HTTP Availability" setting at Installatron Admin > Features to provide the option of disabling the HTTP protocol for installations and other tasks.
Fixed edit, install, clone, and restore API's to accept an "all" special value for the "notification" argument.
Fixed an issue which caused tasks to become 'stuck' when the task queue grew too large.
Fixed logs/debug_log to ensure no sensitive details are revealed.
