Added additional PHP extensions to the list of dependencies able to be verified by app packages.
Fixed Uninstall to always properly remove ".htaccess" and "config" files. These files were not removed when Installatron Server was hosted on a centralized server.
Fixed Clone to correct an issue cloning some MyBB instances.
