Added "force_local_sql_connection=yes" etc/settings.ini option that instructs Installatron Server to connect to created databases from the Installatron Server instance, rather than from the destination web hosting account. This setting is only relevant to centralized Installatron Server deployments, and the default value is "no" (off).
UI: Moved the "Content" setting to the "Version" section within the Install wizard.

Fixed the default backup settings to always include database tables that are required for third-party extensions.
