Added better handling of password fields including password strength indication. Localization files have been updated with new strings for this feature.
Fixed a display issue which in some cases caused the installed application edit UI to not pre-check the correct selection of files ('Files & Tables' tab).
Fixed the "www. Sub-domain Availability" setting at Installatron Admin > Features. Handling of the setting was inverted.
Fixed Installatron Identifiers with invalid characters to gracefully fail.
Plesk: Added support for the preferred domain option.
cPanel: Fixed the install UI to more gracefully handle cases where there are no databases available.
