Fixed accounts with multiple system partitions from encountering the "no disk space available" error errantly.
Fixed an issue which prevented FTP accounts from being closed after the task is complete.
Fixed an issue which prevented app templates that were copied from other servers from functioning correctly.
Internal: Updated PHPmailer library to version 5.2.22. This library is used to send mail internally.
