Added additional configuration options to List Builder that enable an App Browser (similar to http://installatron.com/apps) be added to any website.
Improved the storage system for Catalog-level disabled applications to enable more efficient mirroring of /usr/local/installatron/etc/settings.ini across multiple servers. No action is required by administrators.
Merged Gallery 1, Gallery 2, and Gallery 3 application packages into one package for consistency with other multi-major version application packages. No action is required by administrators.
