All mail sent by Installatron is now UTF-8 encoded.
Added "mail_log" to better track and help troubleshoot issues with email sent by Installatron.
Fixed "updated date" to no longer sometimes get stuck as the "installed date" on My Applications tab.
Fixed Converter to properly handle huge files. This was causing PHP to hit its memory limit in some cases.
Fixed the display of time throughout Installatron to use the date.timezone set in /usr/local/installatron/etc/php.ini
Fixed the "Support URL" displayed throughout Installatron to always use the re-branded value if one is set.
Fixed an issue where newly released application versions would be set disabled in some specific cases.
Fixed the "Installatron Mode" setting from being ignored in some cases.
Windows: Fixed the Windows version of Installatron to support PHP 5.3.
