Added internal support for MySQLi. Will fallback to MySQL if MySQLi does not exist.
Added "WARNING" case to the fetch_log for non-fatal mirror failures. Previously these displayed as "FAILURE" errors.
Fixed version comparison bug that occured when upgrading version 5.1 of Drupal.
cPanel: Added huge speed-up for all database tasks.
cPanel: Added cPanel API check to Repair. If the API is disabled, Repair trys to automatically turn it on.
cPanel: Added a check for new installs only, to ensure cPanel is using its own copy of PHP for internal requests.
Plesk: Added quota support. Remaining disk space is now displayed on Plesk.
