CMS Made Simple version 1.11.9 is now available (security release).

Upgrading to CMS Made Simple 1.11.9

CMS Made Simple 1.11.9 can be upgraded to (or installed) using any of Installatron's products. Use Installatron's optional Automatic Update feature to automatically apply CMS Made Simple updates as new versions are released, or use Installatron's Clone feature to duplicate an existing CMS Made Simple install to test the 1.11.9 upgrade prior to applying it live. What's New in CMS Made Simple 1.11.9

The last release of CMSMS was only a couple of weeks ago, and, normally, we do not like to release versions of CMSMS so quickly. However, there was a problem with the 1.11.8 release that we did not detect until a few days after release, and since there were a few bugs with respect to this release that were worth fixing we thought it better to fix the code and call the release 1.11.9. Due to the fact that some issues with respect to security and PHP 5.3 dependencies were fixed, we recommend that everybody upgrade to version 1.11.9 as soon as possible.

Core - General:

Fixes version.php to represent new schema
Users with 'Modify Any Page' and 'Remove Content' can delete almost any page
Fixes minor issue with event handlers
Removes a debug limit on caching in contentoperations
Robots don't index Error Console pages
Only show technical details on the Error Console page to logged in administrators
Entropy improvement in the cookie used to stay loggedin
