Added the ability to automatically detect most imported application versions. If a version cannot be detected, the API returns an error asking for the version.
FTP Layer: Enabled the "Install size" and "Database size" values for installed applications. "Backup size" is already enabled.
Installatron Server GUI: Added support for defining websites in a "guixfer" request with no FTP login and/or password. When a defined this way, the user will be prompted within the Installatron Server GUI for a password, as needed. Passwords are then destoryed after each session expires.
Installatron Server GUI: Fixed task progress bars to be more accurate.
