Upgrading to phpwcms 1.8.3

phpwcms 1.8.3 can be upgraded to (or installed) using any of Installatron's products. Use Installatron's optional Automatic Update feature to automatically apply phpwcms updates as new versions are released, or use Installatron's Clone feature to duplicate an existing phpwcms install to test the 1.8.3 upgrade prior to applying it live. What's New in phpwcms 1.8.3

Mainly a maintenance release.

Some new replacements tags like:
[LEVEL1_ID][IF_CAT:{LEVEL1_ID}]…[/IF_CAT][IF_NOTCAT:10,5]Do this[/IF_NOTCAT][/LEVEL1_ID]

There is a new option to define a structure level as onepage capable which results in rendering the related menu item as href="http://installatron.com/updatefeed/phpwcms_1_8_3?s=a4d285bd4d284b83697d012a27c94942#anchor".

Updated components and some smaller fixes.
