Added persistent 'My Apps' and 'My Backups' tabs. Locale files have been updated.
Added ability to select different Backup Location in Backup wizard.
Added full-size 'download backup' button to the My Backups tab. Previously, you had to click the backup size.
Added [edit] button to the UI for failed installations.
Added path and URL highlighting when entering a Domain/Path location.
Fixed formatting of backup location labels to be more readable.
Fixed a 200 error which could occur for some installations.
Fixed "deleteuser" API to correctly remove all data for the user specified.
Fixed an error which could occur backing up to AWS S3 locations.
