Added "api_version" input variable. By default API 1.0 is selected, but 1.1 can be specified.
Added new "requirements" section to the "browser" API 1.1 with better formatting and more information (API 1.0 not impacted).
Added better suppression of sensitive values in logged error messages.
Fixed a 404 which could occur installing or managing an app with [vhost_ip] set.
Fixed '7 second timeout' CURL issue impacting some installations.
Fixed 'www.' and non-'www.' Availability administrative and reseller settings to be more intuitive.
Fixed a regression impacting the "browser" API 1.0 return values. Certain version requirements were returning boolean "true" instead of a version value.
