Added ignore for php-mcrypt requirement when PHP is PHP 7.2 or newer.
Added more robust prioritization of tasks in the task queue to alleviate congestion caused by automatic tasks including backup and upgrade.
Fixed app type column at Installatron Admin > Access Control.
