Improved error checking when installed application database information, URL, or paths are edited.
Fixed a problem that prevented some imported applications from automatically detecting the correct database table prefix.

cPanel: Unlocked the ability to install to http://IP/~user/. Support for these types of install destinations were added in 7.0.0 but never made widely available.
