Added additional configuration options to List Builder that enable an App Browser (similar to http://installatron.com/apps) be added to any website.
Improved the storage system for Catalog-level disabled applications to enable more efficient mirroring of /usr/local/installatron/etc/settings.ini across multiple servers. No action is required by administrators.
Merged Gallery 1, Gallery 2, and Gallery 3 application packages into one package for consistency with other multi-major version application packages. No action is required by administrators.
Fixed application icons to be antialiased better on WebKit browsers.
Fixed Soholaunch imports to automatically detect database information like other applications currently do.
Fixed the Catalogs tool to properly disable Simple Invoices when it's selected to be disabled.
