Request: option to exclude directories during import

When importing an app from another server / hosting provider, there are occasions where we would want to exclude a certain directory. For example, excluding anything with "backup" in the name (like BackupBuddy) would be extremely helpful to prevent compression errors.

Even worse than backup tools is when cPanel defaults to hosting add-on domain web roots within the public_html folder. This results in a structure like:

public_html (primary domain web root)
public_html/site1 (add-on domain web root)
public_html/site2 (add-on domain web root)

Meaning migrating the primary domain always fails because it tries to compress / transfer each of the add-on domain web roots as well.

It would be great to both allow configuring folders to exclude, but also if it could auto-exclude folders with other app installs within OR provide the option to only import the default folder structure for the installed application, that would be handy!

I would still very much like to see this feature. Additionally, it would be great to use the same list of excludes (for example: wp-content/updraft to exclude updraft backups) when running Installatron backups.

Even if this could be added as a simple CSV list that we can pass via API, that would be so helpful.

We've encountered a number of sites now which use WordFence included via .user.ini file. When that file gets imported, the local install responds with 500 errors on all PHP files because it's failing to include the actual wordfence-waf.php file (not copied over yet). Excluding the .user.ini would be *super* helpful.
