osTicket version 1.9.2 is now available (security release).
Upgrading to osTicket 1.9.2
osTicket 1.9.2 can be upgraded to (or installed) using any of Installatron's products. Use Installatron's optional Automatic Update feature to automatically apply osTicket updates as new versions are released, or use Installatron's Clone feature to duplicate an existing osTicket install to test the 1.9.2 upgrade prior to applying it live. This release fixes bugs and addresses potential security vulnerabilities reported in earlier versions, and also introduces a variety of new awesome features and enhancements.
