Fixed Installatron Admin > Applications > Quotas to allow quotas belonging to a group other than Default to be edited.
Fixed the install UI and API to properly save the selected value for the "Automatic Update for WordPress Themes" setting (edit was working correctly).
Fixed an issue where the clone process could incorrectly set the "path" value of the destination install. The scope of this issue is narrow; only deployments using the local filesystem in combination with non-resolving domains were affected.
