Fixed backup archive downloads over Dropbox V2 API.
Fixed an issue with non-standard configurations which prevented Automatic Updates and Automatic Backups from launching.
Fixed Backup Schedules Maximum Values to properly allow all valid configurations. Previously, valid configurations were denied.
Fixed Backup Schedules Maximum Values to correctly obey 'Exempt website owner backup locations' when set.
