Added changes to Installatron Admin > Applications > Access Control to fix images and improve clarity.
Fixed an error that occurred when installing or renaming an app when a backup already was present under the same URL.
Fixed the per installation backup count to correctly count the www. and non-www. variations of the same URL.
Fixed an issue affecting certain cases where the migration process errantly created multiple tar archives on the source server.
API: The app config file will be synced when new database information is set.
API: Fixed the "edituser" API to update the session as well as database.
API: Fixed an issue setting email notifications.
API: Added a "sort_order" member to each field returned by the 'browser' API.
