Added performance enhancements to the daily update script.
Added performance and reliability enhancements to the clone and migrate processes.
Fixed an errant authentication error which could occur when migrating using the SSH protocol. SSH is now the recommended option for migration.
Fixed an issue introduced with the previous version which could cause authentication problems for websites and backup locations with special characters in the username or password.
UI: Added performance enhancements to the My Apps and My Backups UI's.
UI: Fixed an issue under which javascript was broken under certain versions of IE.
