Added UI support for downloading backups from the My Backups tab. Downloads are streamed from the source backup location.
Added per-web server task queuing to limit the number of tasks a web server can execute concurrently.
Changed SSH to be the recommended option for imports from a different server. SSH is faster and less prone to complications due to source server timeout limitations.
Fixed two cases under which imports from a different server could fail under specific server environments.
Fixed SSH-based connections to improve file extraction and compression performance and reliability.
Fixed an issue where table prefixes would not update for WordPress Multi-site secondary tables when installing from a template, cloning, migrating, or restoring to location.
