Added speed and reliability enhancements to the migration subsystem for large installations.

Fixed backups of installations that were restored from expiring backups to no longer inherit the same expiry policy.

Fixed a WordPress plugin/theme display issue which could result in incorrect reporting of available plugin/theme updates on the My Apps tab.
Fixed a regression introduced with 4.1.11 which allowed backups to be created when updating an app even when backups were globally turned off. Setting "allow_user_backups=no" in /usr/local/installatron/etc/settings.ini will workaround the regression until updating to this version.
Fixed a case where uninstall would incorrectly retain the app database.
UI: Fixed the username/password prompt from incorrectly displaying when "enablePathByWebsite" is implemented.
UI: Fixed an issue that could prevent the 'import existing install' button from being clickable.
Install: Fixed Varnish installation issue under EL7.
