Fixed FTP layer reliably when installing to accounts on remote FreeBSD web servers.
Fixed file permission issue when using the API on the local filesystem (opposed to the FTP layer).
Fixed Migrate API to better handle migrations between identical domains where the "live" domain resolves to the old server.
GUI: Website owner documentation updated for version 8. The documentation server can also be configured in Installatron Admin >> Interface >> Branding.
