Fixed the Import and Migrate options to no longer show up in Applications Browser when disabled.
Fixed cases where the "Unable to determine database information" error could occur incorrectly.
Fixed install wizard to install the correct application template when only one non-default template is enabled.
Plesk: The Installatron Admin link wasn't showing up when Installatron was disabled at Installatron Admin > Settings.
