Added app type column to the Access Control UI.

Fixed a WordPress plugin/theme display issue which could result in incorrect reporting of available plugin/theme updates on the My Apps tab.
Fixed a regression introduced with 9.1.12 which allowed backups to be created when updating an app even when backups were globally turned off. Setting "allow_user_backups=no" in /usr/local/installatron/etc/settings.ini will workaround the regression until updating to this version.
Fixed a case where uninstall would incorrectly retain the app database.
