Fixed an issue that could prevent the 'import existing install' button from being clickable.
Fixed Automatic Update and Automatic Backup to run correctly after an account is un-suspended.
Fixed backups of installations that were restored from expiring backups to no longer inherit the same expiry policy.
Fixed the template and clone wizards for phpBB 3.1 installations.
Fixed the 'outofdate installations' toggle to correctly only list outofdate installations. Caches must be rebuilt.
cPanel: Fixed additional paper lantern integration issues.
