Added automatic detection for KVM type VPS's.
Fixed a problem with the Import tool that prevented it from automatically detecting some table prefixes.
Plesk: Fixed a problem uninstalling applications that caused MySQL user accounts to be left behind.
Plesk: Fixed a few cases where a Domain Administrator Account could not access Installatron.
