Upgrading to BlaB 23.11

BlaB 23.11 can be upgraded to (or installed) using any of Installatron's products. Use Installatron's optional Automatic Update feature to automatically apply BlaB updates as new versions are released, or use Installatron's Clone feature to duplicate an existing BlaB install to test the 23.11 upgrade prior to applying it live. Better link RegExp to match non-ASCII letters in URLs (umlauts, Cyrillic, Greek etc)
AX/WS Pro only: ChatGPT based on GPT-4 can be selected from ACP (Do not select unless you are a tier 1 user which means you have made at least one payment through platform.openai.com)
