An Installatron license is purchased for a single server, and for all users on the server who utilize the same control panel.
An Installatron license cannot be sold to, given to, or in any way transferred to another person/identity/entity.
A single Installatron license may included with each virtual or dedicated server leased to your client, provided you retain ownership of the license.
Support and updating is free for a term determined by the type of license purchased:
A monthly license includes support and updating for a period of one month. To receive support and updates after one month requires a renewal of the license.
An annual license includes support and updating for a period of one year. To receive support and updates after one year requires a renewal of the license.
A lifetime license (also called an "owned" or "one-time" license) includes support and updating for the life of the product.
VPS licenses may only be used on Virtual Private Server servers.
Activation Reset
All annual licenses purchased before the 10th of July 2004 will have their activation days reset to that date. This will mark the end of primary software development.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued.
Test a free 'demonstration license' before purchasing a real license if you wish to try it out on your server.
Support
Support does not extend to problems caused by reliant software, such as DirectAdmin, cPanel/WHM, Plesk Linux, Apache, or MySQL.

The Installatron program and the content of this website are protected by international copyright laws and treaties, all rights reserved.

cPanel is copyright cPanel, Inc.
You understand that no part of the Installatron program may not be modified and/or distributed.
You understand that you are licensing the Installatron software, not buying it outright.
You understand that you may not decompile or reverse-engineer the Installatron software.
Warranties/Liability
You accept that the software is offered "as-is".
While every effort is made to make Installatron as bug-free as possible, we (the makers of Installatron) cannot take responsibility for any problems, loses, or damage incurred by use of this program.
We (the makers of Installatron) do not take responsibility for the scripts offered by Installatron -- each script has its own author, license, support, and probably its own bugs too.
You hereby state that the information you provide us is correct and truthful, and any payments you make to us are not fraudulent.
You acknowledge that you will be required to pay our court costs and legal expenses if your actions result in a breach of this EULA, and those actions result in legal proceedings.
You understand that the scripts installed by Installatron can change over time, and just because a script is installed by Installatron at one time does not guarantee that it will always be installed by Installatron.
Termination Of License
You understand that breach of the EULA will result in immediate cancellation of your license(s), and no refunds will be given.
End User License Agreement Changes
This EULA may be updated at any time.
Pricing
The pricing structure may be changed at any time.
Price changes do not affect existing licenses -- licenses remain on the pricing plan they were purchased on.
