Problem with converting module

Postby Friends4U » Sat Dec 05, 2015 9:35 am

Hi,

I have a customer who has a few application installed in een subdomain eg:

demo.test.com/abc/application1
demo.test.com/dfsgsdf/application2
demo.test.com/weqr/application3
demo.test.com/application4

The converting module only finds the application 4 but the rest is not scanned/found.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Gr,

Richard

Hi Richard,

What's the control panel software installed on this server?

Also, what version of Installatron Plugin are you operating on? Reply with:

Code: Select all

cat /usr/local/installatron/etc/settings.ini
cat /usr/local/installatron/etc/version

Thank you,
Phil

Hello,

It appears converter only searches one level. We've added an option to search two levels. Try this command:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/installatron/repair -f --edge --quick
/usr/local/installatron/installatron --convert --limit --search --user USER123 --level 2

Thanks,
Phil

Sorry, I don't know how to do this :)
Will this be included in an update?
