Hello,

We've provided a solution to GoDaddy for this issue. I would recommend opening a ticket with them, or let us know your GoDaddy server IP address and we'll pass the information along to their support team.

Thank you,
Phil

Greetings,

I'm sorry to hear about the continued trouble. I would recommend contacting GoDaddy again for help resolving this. It's possible they missed your server when applying the solution for this problem. If you have SSH root access, please reference the do-it-yourself solution here:

http://installatron.com/docs/admin/trou ... nginstalls

Let me know if I can assist in any way.

Best regards,
Josh

I wish i had root access...

Probs wouldnt have been in the same problematic circumstance if I was running a remote server on Linux and had access to root alterations. Rofls, instead of having at a whim to godaddys online waiting-to-complain-chat because they hold the access.

Sigh.

Having this problem this week and I'm losing my shit -.-.

Not happy with them.

Their pinging out my account something horrible.

Thought at first it was wordpress' backups. But its happen a lot more than once a day, but initially went to just check to see my backups. Couldn't access them. Went :-O. Rofls.

Thanks for this forum post guys, made me a lot less volcano-overload-angry at godaddy just being able to read wtf was happening :). Dankya :).

Greetings,

What's your GoDaddy server IP? We can forward this information their way.

Best regards,
Josh
