CMS Made Simple - Making An Installatron Installer

Postby qualityinterfaces » Sat Dec 20, 2008 2:18 am

Would anyone be interested in developing a CMS Made Simple installer for installatron? I have tried doing so and failed, if anyone is willing to assit I would greatly appreciate it. This CMS has won many awards from packet publishing, won 2nd Overall CMS in 2007 and a few other awards in 2008. The project is actively developed, you can find out more at http://cmsmadesimple.org

Let me try it. I never did a custom installer but im willing to learn now.

CMS Made Simple should be a default in Installatron if you ask me.

I wonder why the owners dont create a forum section where we can all together create custom installers and share them between us.

Hi,

We're working on a system to make sharing installers easier. Until then, we recommend posting them publicly on this forum.

Cheers,
Phil.

Is there one for Pinnacle Cart? It has easily been the most troublesome CMS for me, so right now I have actually pulled the website and moved everything to a hosted private cloud while I figure out exactly what I am going to do. I can't do a rewrite, mods, or anything because the stupid thing won't even update. At least I have a good safe, secure place to put the files while I figure this out.
