Cubecart installation woes

Above is a screenshot of installatron after the cubecart installation is done (yes, it's in Dutch). When one takes a look at the directory where cubecart should have been installed you see this:

Code: Select all

(hostingserver02|ttyp0) cubecart # ls -lsa
total 78
  2 drwxr-xr-x  2 user  apache    512 Mar 22 12:17 .
  2 drwxr-x---  4 user  apache    512 Mar 10 20:21 ..
 74 -rwxr-xr-x  1 user  user  75500 Mar 22 12:17 cubecart_3.0.10.sql

As you can see, the only contents of the cubecart directory is the cubecart_3.0.10.sql file. The cubecart system itself is nowhere to be found.

Here's the logs for this installation (I tried posting the log here but it screwed up the post itself).

When looking at /var/installatron/tmp/ie_KWTDY I can see the following structure:

Code: Select all

(hostingserver02|ttyp0) ie_KWTDY # ls -l *

So the files are downloaded and unpacked but they are not moved to the correct directory? So I'm left to install manually for our clients and then import the installation into installatron because I don't want to risk having an incomplete system.

When I move the files from the tmp directory to the webhosting directory and then open the website I'm prompted to do an installation, so I guess copying the stuff over doesn't work too well either.

It's failing to do the move after extracting the first archive.

The only thought I have at the moment is that perhaps it's running out of space at /var/installatron/tmp/ and so the first extract fails. And the second extract is small enough to still work.

If that doesn't look like it, open a ticket and we'll deal with this as a support issue. You can include a link to this thread.

Rowan.

The partition on which /var/installatron/tmp resides still has about 171Gb of free space left, so I kind of doubt that would be the case.
