I can only assume that something changed in one of your updates that broke our ability to backup to our webdav server. Installatron now returns an authentication error even though the user name and password are correct.

I am able to connect via webdav from other computers outside of our LAN without having any authentication issues.

I have also confirmed that the servers IP address is whitelisted in our firewall so I am confident that this is not the cause of the issue.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear the issue persists. Did you get my reply back on Oct 30? In my reply, I provided output from CURL which is also producing an authentication error. There must be a mismatch in the information somewhere. Can you review the output I provided and let us know if anything sent with the CURL request looks incorrect?
