no response on trouble tickets...

Not had a response on a trouble ticket since Oct 9th. Is support on vacation?

Perhaps someone else knows why the

/usr/local/bin/php -n -c /usr/local/installatron/etc/php.ini -f /usr/local/installatron/lib/boot.php -- --send-update-report a4j

process is hanging and consuming 100% cpu. Better still, does anyone know how to fix it?

This was resolved through the ticket system. If anyone else requires the solution, after terminating the stuck process, these commands will fix the problem to ensure it doesn't reoccur:

mv /var/installatron/data.db /var/installatron/data.db.bak
/usr/local/installatron/installatron --repair --recache
/usr/local/installatron/installatron --send-update-report
