I'm getting the following error after a fresh install on a fresh VPS with CentOS 6.2 64bit and DirectAdmin 1.4.11 with LOGIN_KEYS enabled.

Error: Unable to determine control panel user name. Technical Error: User not set by API::initSession and no valid POSIX user for UID `9999'.

Followed installation procedure:

rpm -Uvh http://data1.installatron.com/installatron-plugin-directadmin-8.0.1-1.noarch.rpm

The following message is deisplayed:

Checking for existing Installatron Plugin install... detected v8.0.1.

The Troubleshooting guide did not resolve this issue.

Hello,

The command you executed looks correct, and the new DA login keys feature shouldn't be causing this error.

Please make sure the admin= value set in /usr/local/installatron/etc/settings.ini is set to the main DA administrator's login name. This is usually "admin", so the line ends up looking like:

admin=admin

If issues persist, open a ticket and include SSH root login details. We'll be able to get Installatron installed correctly for you.
