I get the same error message at the admin level when I try to update Installatron - could you share what the problem / solution was?

To clarify more: I updated apache / php5 / suphp / MySQL to the latest versions using Custombuild (DA). Now, for all the users (and admin level link) the installatron (v6.0.3) page is blank. No info, no error, just white. I then tried to update the installatron plugin (since nothing else works) and I get that error message mentioned in this thread.

Are there known issues with Installatron and the latest php/apache? Have you experienced this problem before? Can I reinstall Installatron from the command line?

Thank you for the feedback!

Kind regards,

Harro

If there are anyone with some ideas about how to fix this issue, I would be glad to hear it.
We are having the same problems on our server..

DA 6.0.8 running on RedHat server.

Hi,

First, try an Installatron Repair:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/installatron/repair -f --release

If that doesn't fix the problem, open a ticket with the full output of that command and we'll be able to help.

Thanks,
Phil.

I am just posting this in a couple different places so I am sure to get a response. The repair is "unable to complete" because of a noted directory I am storing in a secure cloud with other Installatron components. I am assuming this whole cloud thing might be messing me up a bit, but i have never had an issue with cloud storage in the past.

Hello,

Please open a ticket and include the full output of Installatron Update/Repair. That should give us an idea what might be wrong.

Thank you,
Phil.
