Clone Database Issue

Hi, I tried the clone feature today and it worked OK except not all tables were copied. Seems like 3rd party tables weren't copied. 81 original and only 61 on the clone.

Any ideas? I didn't see any special instructions for choosing tables, etc.

Hello,

Please ensure all of the correct tables are associated with the installed app within Installatron's GUI. This can be edited from the view/edit details page for the affected installed app. However, by default Installatron will usually associate the correct set of tables, including tables added by plugins/modules.

If issues persist, let us know the affected app and we'll try to reproduce the problem.

I opened the view edit and all the tables were checked but when I tried it again the installed extensions tables were not moved. Still 61 vs 81 tables. ?

Did you check the '''edit these''' sub-page of view/edit? If all tables are also checked there, please open a ticket and provide login to the affected account so that we can investigate further.

If you mean opening the view edit to change them and see the check boxes then yes. Otherwise I don't know what sub pages mean.

I ended up doing it manually for now and can try a different site for a test.
