are there here more people with the same experience as we.
Day's ago we shoot in a support ticket july 4th til today still no solution.
And very lack in answering.....
Seems to me they have no time to give support?

I apologize for the poor support experience. A fix for the problem in question was released today. If any issues persist please let us know.
Additional support staff have recently been added to help improve response times, and we're looking to improve support further as we move forward.
