How long to have a support ticket answered?

I've got a support ticket in and it's been waiting on a response for three days now. How long should I expect to wait?

Response times are usually less than a couple hours, unless you're escalated to someone specific. PM me the ticket ID and I'll check its status.

I've sent a new reply to the ticket I had submitted earlier, sent two days ago, but no answer.
