Number of backups quota

Hi there,

As users continue to backup their often large applications (2-5GB+) we wind up with quite a bit of storage used up. One account was well over 30GB, however 90% of that was used by Installatron backups.

I have no intention of taking away their ability to back up apps, since I don't want to have to do that for them, however I would like the option to have a backup quota with either (or both):

1. Allow __ backups (e.g.: 5) before oldest backups are removed to make room for new ones
2. Allow backups up to a total size of __GB then begin removing older backups to make room for new ones

Hello,

Thank you for the suggestion.

We added "installed app quotas" in v8, which enable the number of concurrent installed apps to be limited.

We have plans to expand the quota functionality to include backup quotas for 8.1.

I see this in 8.1 and it appears to work great.
