E107

Is it possible to have e107 CMS added to the list?

Also what advantage does Installatron have over Fantastico deluxe?

Hi,

e107 is on our "recommended scripts" list, however I can't say at this point whether we'll be adding it as an official installer.

The installer SDK allows anyone to make a third party installer, and Installatron5 (to be released soon) will have a GUI for making installers.

Installatron is cheaper and more powerful than Fantastico:

Installatron5 will have even more features and be even easier to use. A free demonstration license of the current Installatron is available to try it out, and a beta version of Installatron5 will be available within the next couple of days.

Cheers,
Rowan.

If you know PHP code (or know someone who does), then you should be able to make an installer pretty easily using the SDK (depends what is involved in installing it).

I'd suggest waiting for Installatron5 though, which will have a much better system for making third party installers.
