after upgrade v.8 -> v9.01 backup fails

Hi all
after upgrading to the latest version there are no more backups possible.
The Email says:

The backup process for My ownCloud located at https://www.d*****.com/cloud has failed and the details of the failure have been logged.
Technical error:
Error: A test of the selected domain has failed (HTTP error: 200).
Installatron is unable to install on a domain that is not resolving/loading to this web account.
If this is a new web hosting account, or if this is a newly registered domain, please allow up to 24 hours for the domain to begin working (though usually within a few hours).
If you're sure that the domain is correctly loading to your web account, contact your web hosting administrator.
Technical Error: [1] Written file `/home/d*****/public_html/cloud/deleteme.cha8t7rj.php' not accessible at `https://www.d*****.com/cloud/deleteme.cha8t7rj.php'.

The Webaccount is normally accessible by https and ftp, I set all file permissions to 644 and all folder permissions to 755.
Anyone any idea (besides downgrading to v.8.x.x - which would resolve the problem; I tried it out...)?
